Activator

Activator technique utilizes a chiropractic tool called an activator to make adjustments. This is a very effective technique frequently used for patients suffering from osteoporosis, with surgical fusions, or those that do not like the "popping" sound frequently associated with manual adjustments.
Massage or Active Release Technique (ART)

As part of our chiropractic treatment, we typically perform a soft tissue technique to areas where it is needed. This may include some form of massage, stretching, trigger-point therapy, or Active Release Technique.
Webster's (Pregnancy Chiropractic)

Webster's Technique is a gentle and specific chiropractic analysis and adjustment for pregnant women in any stage of pregnancy. It's primary purpose is to promote optimal pelvic function and alignment by reducing soft tissue and ligament tension. The result is more space and a more comfortable environment for your baby to grow!
IASTM or Graston

IASTM stands for Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage. This is a myofascial release technique that utilizes a dull, knife-like tool to treat areas with scar tissue, restricted soft tissue, inflammation, and/or degeneration.
Kinesiotaping

Kinesiology tape is a thin, flexible tape that was developed to aid muscle movement and enhance athletic performance. It is most often used to relieve pain, reduce swelling and inflammation and provide support to joints and muscles.
Physio Magneto Magnetic Therapy

Also known as Pulsed Magnetic Super Transduction Therapy (PMST), this machine pulses a magnetic field into the body, creating an remarkable healing effect. The proven results are less pain, reduction in swelling, and increased range of motion in the affected areas.
Y-Strap Adjustments

A Y-Strap adjustment is a chiropractic technique that involves using a specialized tool to apply traction to the spine. This technique can help relieve pressure on the spine, improve spinal alignment, and alleviate certain symptoms. The decompression a patient experiences from this technique is a feeling like none other.
